Coach Paul is the founder of Mission Peak Sports Club, driven by a passion for introducing basketball to young players who may not have had access to guidance in their athletic journeys. He focuses on instilling fundamental skills, physical endurance, and a love for the game.
Coach Rich is a seasoned basketball coach with a proven philosophy of building strong foundations in skill development, mental resilience, teamwork, and game strategy. With a successful track record in developing 14U basketball teams from the ground up, he is dedicated to helping young athletes grow both on and off the court.
Coach RG has been supporting the MPSC teams since very the beginning. He stresses the importance of muscle strengths and agility.
Coach Ethan is a senior at Irvington High School. He's been playing basketball since 6th grade and plays for Boys' Varsity Basketball since junior year. He enjoys making practice engaging and helpful for the teams. With an emphasis on being goal-driven and putting in one's best effort, Coach Ethan creates drills that help players enhance their strengths, make up their skill gaps, and build a great team. His basketball philosophy can be summed up with one sentence his head coach at Irvington reiterated before every practice and game: "A team is only as strong as its weakest player."
Coach Lindsey is a dedicated swimmer who began her journey in the water at just 4 years old. By age 7, she had joined a competitive swim team and has since competed in numerous meets across various levels. Currently a proud member of the Irvington High School Varsity Swimming Team, she brings both skill and spirit to every race. She volunteers as a one-on-one swim instructor, helping children gain confidence in the water while teaching them valuable safety skills. Her ability to connect with young swimmers reflects her belief that sports can be a powerful tool for empowerment and growth.
